Treasure Hunt is a great game for helping students learn coordinate graphing. It works with younger students focused on the first (positive) quadrant or more advanced students using all four quadrants. In the process, students use mathematical reasoning and the eight mathematical practices.
If you wish, adaptations allow students to learn about proportional reasoning and slopes of parallel and perpendicular lines.
